About Md Mahabubur Rahman Masum
Md. Mahabubur Rahman Masum, born in 1986 into a respected business family, He is the son of renowned industrialist Al Haj Jalal Ahmed, founder of Jalal Ahmed Group , and Firoja Begum. Inspired by his father’s legacy and driven by a vision to build his own identity in the RMG sector, Masum completed his graduation in Garments Manufacturing from BUFT and ventured into entrepreneurship.
In 2017, with a passion for innovation and quality, he established Jalal Hats & Apparels Ltd. , a premium caps and hats manufacturing factory, starting from a modest scale. Through dedication and hard work, Masum has grown the company into a trusted name, proudly serving a growing list of reputed international clients.
Beyond business, Masum is actively involved in social and community development. He is a member of the governing body of Jalal Ahmed Darul Ulum Nurani Madrasa , an institution founded by his father in 1982. Today, he fully oversees its operations and development, continuing the family’s commitment to education and social welfare.
A passionate supporter of sports, Masum also founded the Uttara Friends Club Cricket Academy in 2006. He serves as a Director of Jalal Ahmed Group and remains engaged in various social initiatives.
